Troop 1021 meets every Wednesday night from 7:00pm-8:30pm unless otherwise noted.

FEB - 11th – Cimarron District Awards Banquet (All adult leaders, Scouts, and family members), $15/person

JUN - 3rd - Troop Shopping Spree (for summer camp) at Scout Shop at 2226 N.W. Military Drive, 10:00am-12:00pm

JUN - 4th - Camp Card Sale - Sam's Club on S.E. Military Drive. Shift One - 9am-2pm, Shift Two – 2pm-7pm

JUN - 10th - Swim Checks at Camp McGimsey Pool 9:00am (Mandatory for all boys attending summer camp)

JUN – 7th - Pre-summer camp meeting – (mandatory meeting for all Scouts going to summer camp)

JUN - 11-17 – Summer Camp at Camp Constantin at Lake Possum Kingdom (Mineral Wells, TX), $270/person

JUN - 21st – No weekly Troop meeting

 

JUL - 7-9 – OA Conclave at UIW in San Antonio (optional, OA members only), Cost TBD

JUL - 15-16 – Houston Astros “Campout” and Stadium Tour – Astros vs. Minn. Twins at Minute Maid Park, $40/person

 

AUG - 12-13 – NASA Campout at NASA Space Center in Houston, $60/person

AUG - 17th – Council Wide Roundtable and OA meeting/elections at AT&T Center (optional, all Scouts and adults)

 

SEP - 2nd – Merit Badge University (location and details to come)

SEP - 22-24 – Cypress Run Fall Campout, Medina, TX, $20/person

 

OCT - 20-22 – OA Fall Fellowship at Bear Creek (optional, OA members only)

OCT - 27-29 – October Campout (location TBD)

 

NOV - 17-19 November Troop Campout (tentatively at Paradise Canyon, Rio Medina, TX)

NOV - 29th Troop OA Election (mandatory meeting for all Scouts)

DEC - 27th – No weekly Troop meeting

 

Note: Cimarron District Roundtable occurs the first Thursday of each month from 7:00pm-8:30pm at the LDS Church located at 8801 Midcrown Drive in Windcrest. All Scouts and Scouters are welcome to attend!
